1. What is White Glove Delivery?
This premium service includes:

Scheduled Appointment: We'll call you to schedule a 4-hour delivery window that works for you (no more waiting all day!).

Inside Delivery: The delivery team will bring the item into the room of your choice (as long as it's accessible by stairs/elevator).

Assembly: They will fully assemble the item, remove all packaging materials, and set it up where you want it.

Debris Removal: They will haul away all boxes, plastic, and packing materials.

Product Testing: For electronics, they'll plug it in and ensure it powers on.
2. Availability & Cost

Service Area: Currently available in major metropolitan areas, including: New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Houston, Phoenix, Philadelphia, Dallas, Atlanta, Seattle, Boston, Miami, Denver, Portland, San Francisco, Washington DC.

Cost: This service is available for an additional flat fee of $79.99 per order (regardless of item count, within the same delivery zone).

How to Select: Choose the "White Glove Delivery" option at checkout. If you don't see it, your address may be outside our service area.
3. Timeline

Processing: White Glove orders require coordination, so processing time is 3-5 business days.

Scheduling: The freight partner will contact you within 2 business days of your order to set up the delivery date (usually within 7-14 days of shipping).
4. Preparation Required
Please ensure:

The path to the delivery room is clear of obstacles

Doorways and hallways are measured to ensure the item (especially furniture) will fit

Parking is available for the delivery truck (20-foot vehicle)

Someone 18+ is present during the entire delivery window
5. What's Not Included
White Glove service does NOT include:

Electrical work (hardwiring appliances)

Wall mounting (TVs, shelves)

Hauling away old furniture (unless specified)

Assembly of items not purchased from us

7. What If the Item Doesn't Fit?

If the item cannot be delivered due to size constraints (stairs, doorways), the delivery team will note the issue

8. Damaged During White Glove
If damage occurs during White Glove delivery:

Document with photos

Notify the delivery team immediately

We'll file claim and arrange replacement

No cost to you for return or replacement
9. Scheduling Changes

Need to reschedule? Call us at least 48 hours before your appointment

Missed appointments: $50 rescheduling fee
